Canvas totes arrived and we're filling them this weekend. We tried one with the itinerary and snacks first. Looks lovely as it is, no ribbon or extra tag needed. Very pleased with the portrait too.
The tote was part of the present, not just something to wrap it in. That helped me feel better about the spend. We filled the bags with the welcome bits and didn't need another gift bag or an elaborate tag.
I could judge the drawing from the proof, but I wanted to see how it actually looked on canvas. Very happy when the bags arrived. The portrait reads clearly and the simple layout gives it room. Mine will be getting ordinary use after the wedding.
There's blank space on the bag and I appreciate it. We resisted adding every phrase we'd thought of. The portrait and short wording are enough, and I can see myself using it after the wedding.
already had our initials on plenty of wedding things. chose the dog for the bags and kept the wording simple. they feel like bags i'd carry, which is what i wanted.

Yes, and we don't print until you're certain it does. That's the whole point of the Happiness Guarantee. You'll see a detailed proof before anything goes to production. If the ears are wrong, the coloring is off, or it just doesn't feel right, we revise it. As many times as it takes. We've illustrated everything from photogenic golden retrievers to camera-shy rescue mutts with complicated markings, and we get it right.
It means we don't print until the illustration actually looks like your dog and you’re happy with the design proof. You'll get a detailed proof showing the portrait on every product in your order. If something's off, the markings, the expression, the color, the proportions, tell us and we'll fix it. No limit on revisions, no extra charge. We move to production only when you say it's right.

The longer answer is that we design around your wedding, not around a generic "dog wedding" template. Your palette, your typography style, your vibe. We build the illustration and layout to match. We recommend at least 10–12 weeks before your wedding. The timeline breaks down as: 5–7 days for illustration, 2–3 days for proofing, and 4–5 weeks for production and shipping. The more buffer you have, the more relaxed the proofing process is. If you're under 10 weeks out, reach out before ordering as we may be able to accommodate with rush processing.
