  • Artistic Interpretation: You acknowledge that our products are artistic interpretations. While we strive for high-quality likenesses based on the photos you provide, minor variations in color, layout, and "likeness" are inherent to the custom process and are not considered defects.

  • Proof Approval: Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all content, including spelling, layout, colors, and design, and releases us from responsibility for errors approved by you.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. SECTION 10 - PHOTO & CONTENT RIGHTS By submitting photos to us — including photos of your dog, your wedding, or our products used at your event — you grant In Every Chapter LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display those images for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes use on our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
We will never sell your photos to third parties. If you prefer your images not be used in our marketing, you may opt out at any time by emailing hello@ineverychapter.com. Opt-out requests are honored on a going-forward basis and do not require removal of content already published.

SECTION 11 - SPONSORED & UGC CONTENT In Every Chapter LLC may work with paid content creators, influencers, and user-generated content (UGC) contributors to create promotional material featuring our products. This content may be styled, recreated, or scripted and does not necessarily reflect an organic customer experience. Where required by law, such content will be appropriately disclosed as sponsored or paid.
