Every item we create is made to order, which means your products are custom-illustrated and custom-printed specifically for you. Here’s what to expect from order to delivery.
Proof Approval & 100% Happiness Guarantee
Before anything goes to print, you’ll receive a digital proof for review. Production does not begin until we receive your written approval.
We offer a 100% happiness guarantee at the proof stage, meaning we’ll work with you to refine your design until you’re fully satisfied before anything is printed.
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, layout, names, dates, colors, quantities, and design details. Once a proof is approved, changes are not guaranteed to be possible, and we cannot guarantee revisions, cancellations, or replacements after production has begun.
If proof approval is delayed, your production and delivery timeline will shift accordingly. We are not responsible for missed delivery dates caused by delays in customer proof approval.
Overall Timeline
Most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 4–5 weeks after proof approval, including production and standard shipping time.
However, because wedding timelines can be stressful and delays may occasionally occur due to revisions, carrier issues, holidays, or production volume, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3 months before your wedding date whenever possible.
This recommended ordering window is intended to provide extra flexibility and peace of mind, especially during peak wedding season.
If your event date is approaching sooner, rush processing and expedited shipping may be available depending on current production capacity. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing availability for your specific event date.
We know wedding timelines can feel stressful, and our goal is always to help your experience feel smooth, organized, and exciting rather than rushed. Recommending an earlier ordering window simply gives us extra flexibility to accommodate revisions, production timing, and any unexpected shipping delays while helping ensure everything arrives comfortably ahead of your celebration.
Production Time
Standard production takes approximately 2 weeks after proof approval.
Because each item is custom made, production time begins only after your artwork proof has been approved in writing.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, standard transit typically takes 5–15 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Because your items are produced by specialist makers, you may receive more than one package. This is normal. Everything is on its way.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, production capacity, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some package orders may qualify for free shipping promotions. Any available shipping discount or promotion will be reflected at checkout.
Rush Orders
Rush processing may be available for select products depending on production capacity and your event date.
Please contact us before ordering if your wedding or event date is approaching.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production error, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ineverychapter.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or reprint.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package.
If your tracking shows the package is still in transit, delivery has not been confirmed, and your expected delivery window has passed, contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate with the carrier.
International Orders
We currently ship within the United States only.
